Talkwalker topics

The dashboard builds its groups and sub-topics from the Talkwalker topic column: the category becomes the group and the topic becomes the sub-topic. A topic named like a planned sub-topic, or a category named like a planned group, joins it automatically. Use the last column to move a topic into the planned architecture; it applies to past and future data.
